What Happens Next

The deposit opens the Buildout. The approved scope controls the work.

Inside ProductDyno, you will find the private Buildout workspace connected to your account.

Start there.

The workspace will show:

  • The approved Buildout scope
  • What is included
  • What is not included
  • What materials to submit
  • The current engagement stage
  • Review and approval points
  • Where working files and final deliverables will appear

The Buildout does not begin as a broad AI project.

It begins with the connected area already named in the approved scope.

Before the Work Begins

Three things must be in place.

The Buildout moves into active work after:

  • The approved scope is confirmed
  • The required deposit or milestone payment is received
  • The required materials and access conditions are complete

Payment alone does not start the delivery schedule unless the approved scope says otherwise.

You will receive an email if anything important is missing.

Submit Your Buildout Materials

Show how the connected work moves now.

The Buildout intake will ask for the prompts, workflows, customer language, review rules, ownership details, examples, and source material connected to the approved scope.

Your files do not need to be polished.

They need to show what the business is currently relying on.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, or login credentials through the form.

What the Buildout Installs

One correction becomes a working business standard.

Depending on the approved scope, the Buildout may install:

Connected prompt system

Approved prompts and instructions built around the same business standard.

Working workflows

Clear paths showing where AI enters, what it prepares, what happens next, and where people remain responsible.

Review standards

Defined checks for accuracy, customer promise, voice, context, privacy, scope, and consequence.

Decision boundaries

Clear limits around what AI may carry, prepare, recommend, store, or send.

Ownership

Named responsibility for prompts, workflows, approvals, escalation, and ongoing maintenance.

Customer-language controls

Standards that protect the words customers are being asked to trust.

Operating documentation

A usable record of how the finished system should work after handoff.

What You Will Receive

Your Buildout deliverables

The exact deliverables are governed by the approved scope.

They may include:

  • Approved prompt sets
  • Workflow maps
  • Review and approval rules
  • Ownership map
  • Escalation standards
  • Customer-language guidance
  • AI Judgment Ledger updates
  • Working prototypes
  • Operating guide
  • Private Loom walkthroughs
  • Final handoff documentation

Your private working materials and completed deliverables will appear inside the Buildout area assigned to your ProductDyno account.

Payment and Scope Notice

This payment is the opening commitment.

The $5,000 payment is the minimum Buildout deposit unless your approved agreement states that it is the full investment.

Additional payments may be required according to the approved scope and milestone schedule.

Any work outside the confirmed scope requires written approval and may change the investment or delivery schedule.

The deposit opens the Buildout. The approved scope determines the full commitment.

What This Is Not

This is not a broad AI transformation.

The Buildout is not:

  • An unlimited implementation engagement
  • A company-wide AI rollout unless specifically scoped
  • Open-ended prompt creation
  • Unlimited revisions
  • General technical development
  • Legal, compliance, security, or financial advice
  • A substitute for client decisions, approvals, or ownership

The work is controlled around the business area both sides have agreed to formalize.

Client Responsibilities

The Buildout needs active client participation.

The client is responsible for providing:

  • Required source material
  • Timely access or guided access
  • Named reviewers and decision owners
  • Feedback within the agreed windows
  • Approval of working materials
  • Accurate information about tools, workflows, and constraints
  • A person who will own the finished system after handoff

A Buildout cannot install responsibility where the business has not named it.

The Sprint proved the correction.

The Buildout makes that correction repeatable across connected work.
